After you successfully authorize your account and advertising, the system will automatically synchronize the relevant data of store and advertising.
The data synchronization time and frequency are introduced as follows:
Advertising Data
1. After advertising authorization is successful, it generally takes about 2-3 hours to synchronize advertising data for the last 60 days from Amazon. Therefore, the data in the advertising module will be displayed normally very quickly and included in expenditure items.
2. After the data synchronization for the last 60 days is completed, advertising data for the last 2 days will be updated approximately every 30-60 minutes. Because Amazon advertising data may fluctuate within the last 60 days, the system will also update data for days 3-9, 15-22, 31-40, and 51-60 (a total of 35 days) once a day.
3. If you adjust advertising settings in Amazon Seller Central, such as bids, budgets, Enable/Pause status, etc., the data will be synchronized to our backend in about 12 hours. You can also manually synchronize immediately. Operation path: Corresponding advertising module -> Bulk Actions -> Synchronize Budget/Bid or Status.
4. If you add new advertising campaigns, Ad groups, promoted products, keyword targeting, or non-keyword targeting in Amazon Seller Central, the system will not synchronize updates immediately. Updates will only occur when the advertising object receives impressions. You can also manually synchronize directly.
Operation path: Corresponding advertising module -> Bulk Actions -> Synchronize Amazon Additions.
Therefore, it is recommended that you directly add and adjust advertising within our backend. Data is synchronized to Amazon Seller Central almost in real-time, which is convenient and fast.
Store Sales Data
After store authorization is successful, the following tasks will be triggered: incremental order synchronization task, historical order synchronization task, product information synchronization task, refund/return order synchronization task, and inventory synchronization task.
1. Incremental Order Synchronization
Incremental refers to orders generated from 00:00 yesterday onwards.
Synchronization frequency: Synchronize approximately every 15-30 minutes.
2. Historical Order Synchronization
Historical refers to orders generated before 00:00 yesterday.
Synchronization frequency: Based on the incremental order volume, the dynamic time span will synchronize historical orders for the last 180 days. The larger the order volume, the smaller the synchronization span, meaning it takes longer.
3. Product Information Synchronization
For product information synchronization, the system has 3 synchronization methods:
① Through the full product data report API, synchronize the complete product dataset. Since this API retrieves information for all products, it consumes significant system resources and thus takes a relatively long time—typically 1-2 days—to return the full set of product information.
② Use the ASINs and SKUs from the already synchronized orders to fetch the corresponding product information through the product details API, i.e., individually retrieve product details only for products with sales.
③ If advertising is authorized and promoted product information is synchronized back, obtain the ASINs and SKUs of the promoted products, and obtain the corresponding product information through the product details API, i.e., separately obtain product information for advertising promoted products.
4. Refund Order Synchronization
If the order synchronized back by the order synchronization task is a refund order, the system will retrieve the fee details of this order.
5. Inventory Information Synchronization
Synchronization frequency: Synchronize approximately every 1-2 hours.
6. Amazon Sales API Data Synchronization
Synchronization metrics: Sales amount, order volume, and sales volume displayed in the Amazon Seller Central.
Synchronization frequency: For data from the last 3 days, synchronize approximately every 15 minutes (you can click the refresh icon to manually synchronize); for data from the last 3-30 days, synchronize twice a day; data older than 30 days will no longer be synchronized.
Special note: These three data points will only be displayed in the All Sites Sales Summary module and will not be involved in the calculation of profit and other metrics.
7. Monthly Storage Fee
Synchronization frequency:
① Monthly storage fee data for the previous month is synchronized from the 10th to 18th of each month.
② After authorizing the store, data from the 6 months prior to authorization will be automatically retrieved.
8. Long-Term Storage Fee
Synchronization frequency:
① Long-term storage fee data for the previous month is synchronized from the 18th to 22nd of each month.
② After authorizing the store, data from the 6 months prior to authorization will be automatically retrieved.
9. Reimbursement Report
Synchronization frequency:
① Data is updated once a day, with an update time that is not fixed, but guaranteed once per day.
② After authorizing the store, data from the 18 months prior to authorization will be automatically retrieved.
10. Claims Assistant
Synchronization and Claim Logic:
① Reimbursable inventory information is updated once a day.
② After authorizing the store, data from 18 months to 1 month prior to authorization will be automatically retrieved, and data from the previous month will be analyzed daily thereafter.
③ If no results are obtained 30 days after submitting a claim, the claim becomes invalid and can be resubmitted.
④ For lost shipment claims, as long as there is a difference between the declared quantity and the received quantity for a completed shipment status, a claim can be submitted.
11. Removal Report
Synchronization frequency:
① Data is updated once a day, with an update time that is not fixed, but guaranteed once per day.
② After authorizing the store, data from the 12 months prior to authorization will be automatically retrieved.
