Q1: Why can't I see monitoring information?

A1: 1. Have you added monitoring yet? You need to add monitoring first.

2. After adding monitoring, our system will only receive Amazon's notifications and record data when there are hijacker changes (added, reduced) for the monitored listings in your store, or when hijacker prices change, or when your own price changes.

For example, if before you added monitoring, a listing had 4 sellers hijacking it.

After adding monitoring, if there are no new hijackers added, no hijackers remove their offers, hijackers have not changed their prices, and you have not changed your price either, then our system does not know that there are currently hijackers on your listing.

However, as soon as a new seller appears, or an old hijacker removes their offer, or a hijacker changes their price, or you change your price, or the Buy Box winner changes, our system can retrieve all current sellers for that listing, as well as their prices and who won the Buy Box.


Q2: How does your hijacking monitor work? Are there alerts for hijacking?

A2: Our hijacking monitor monitors stores and records hijacking changes after monitoring is added, such as listing/delisting times, hijacker prices, hijacker seller IDs, etc. Hijacking alerts are now live.


Q3: I added monitoring, and there were hijackers when I added it, but why are they not displayed here?

A3: SellerSpace's hijacking feature uses Amazon's notification mechanism, meaning that when the hijacked listing information changes (e.g., price adjustments, listing/delisting, etc.), Amazon will return information to us.

Therefore, if hijackers exist when you initially add monitoring, they may not be displayed, or there may be a hijacker count, but you cannot view specific hijacker information when you click to view. This is due to Amazon's notification mechanism, and we cannot retrieve historical information. We will only retrieve change information when hijacker listing information changes.


Q4: I added monitoring, and hijackers came after adding, but why are they not displayed?

A4: We cannot retrieve official hijackers like Amazon Warehouse, so Amazon's official hijacking data will not be displayed.
